Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Alta Langa For England And Rosè DOCG is a sparkling wine from the Alto winery. The company is located in the Langhe and boasts a very ancient tradition which over time has made it one of the wine-growing points of reference in the area. The grapes come from the Pinot vines located in a calcareous and marly soil at around 700 meters above sea level (!), whose cultivation is also favored by the temperate and sub-continental climate. The harvest takes place in the last week of August, using carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes which are subsequently cooled in the cell. The first fermentation takes place on yeasts, where the wine remains for 42 months, the second fermentation period takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The Alta Langa For England And Rosè DOCG is a delicate, fine, precise and very fresh bubble; It lends itself well to any celebration occasion or in combination with delicate dishes.
