Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Brut , made by the Valter Bera winery, a historic Piedmontese winery, is fresh, elegant and enchants the palate with typical aromas of the area. It is produced with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes carefully selected and assembled from the estate's vineyards. The vines grow and ripen on clayey hilly soils with the Guyot training method and south-west exposure. The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September, followed by a soft pressing. The must ferments for the first time in steel, then it is transferred to the bottle where it is refermented again, according to the Classic Method. Finally, the wine rests on the lees, in the bottle, for at least 48 months, largely exceeding the provisions of the Disciplinary. A very long period, this, which allows the sparkling wine an important enrichment of its olfactory and gustatory characteristics. Alta Langa DOCG Brut is an intense, vibrant sparkling wine with a particular mineral texture. Its perlage is fine and elegant, persistent and exciting. Dedicated to special occasions!
