Spumante English Sparkling Wine Brut Rosé NYETIMBER

Nyetimber Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine produced by the English winery of the same name, Nyetimber, which is based in the heart of Sussex, one of the areas which in recent years has made English viticulture known. Climate change, combined with technological advances, have favored the cultivation of vines even in countries traditionally dedicated to other spirits, sometimes with truly excellent results. It is certainly the case of this winery, which with Nyetimber Rosé signs another excellent production. It is obtained from a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, whose grapes are carefully selected and blended once the vinification has taken place. The rest in the bottle is long enough to give the final product an enviable structure, but not long enough to be too complex. It is in fact a rosé sparkling wine in which the varietal scents are still very present, managing to perfectly enhance even the most aromatic aperitifs. Perfect to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled, it can still support a few years of evolution in the cellar.
