Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Spumante Franciacorta DOCG Saten Millesimato is produced by the Brescian winery Enrico Gatti . The label is the result of the vinification and sparkling process of only grapes from the international Chardonnay variety, grown on one of the most popular crus in the Erbusco area. With a view to preserving the delicate balance of the ecosystem, the work between the rows is characterized by sustainability and reduced environmental impact. When they reach the optimal degree of ripeness, the bunches are subjected to careful manual selection. In the cellar the grapes are softly pressed and then fermented in French oak vats. As required by the Champenoise Method, the second fermentation in the bottle follows, during which the wine ages on the lees for at least three years. Following disgorgement, a small amount of dosing syrup is added. Excellent immediately, Spumante Franciacorta DOCG Saten Millesimato can also be appreciated after 3-4 years of further evolution in the cellar.
