Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
Spumante Metodo Martinotti Extra Brut Bio is produced by the Bisci winery in the Marche region. It is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of Verdicchio grapes, a particularly representative native vine of the area. The vineyards are located on the hills of Matelica, where the variety achieves excellent quality results. Among the rows, the work is inspired by organic viticulture, which allows you to protect the peculiarities of the ecosystem. When they reach the ideal level of ripeness, the bunches are carefully selected for hand picking. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes undergo a crushing-destemming process. The second fermentation takes place using the Martinotti Method and involves the use of large steel autoclaves. After bottling, the wine ages in glass for a few months before being put on the market. Spumante Metodo Martinotti Extra Brut Bio is perfect to be enjoyed when young, when the varietal characteristics emerge.
