'Stern' Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Cantina di Caldaro 2021

From the precious grapes of the South Tyrolean hills, the Cantina di Caldaro gives life to Sauvignon 'Stern', a triumph of aroma typical of the areas of South Tyrol. The grapes that will give life to Sauvignon 'Stern' are born in hilly and sunny soils, which have a high temperature range from day to night. The calcareous soil rich in minerals proves to be the best surface for the vineyards, which produce high quality grapes with an intense flavour. Following the harvest, the grapes are left to macerate before being gently pressed. Subsequently, follows the long phase of fermentation divided between large steel tanks and barrels which will enhance the nature of this wine. Sauvignon 'Stern' will age for five months before being bottled and ready for our tables. Produced exclusively from Sauvignon blanc grapes, Sauvignon 'Stern' is a full-bodied wine, elegant and soft on the palate, characteristics that make this white wine perfect for a dinner with friends.
