'Su Reimond' Moscato d'Asti DOCG Bera Valter 2021

Moscato d'Asti DOCG Bera Valter 2020 is an excellent Piedmontese sweet wine that is able to best express the qualities of this grape. The sugar component is never excessive, indeed its pleasant balance invites those who taste it to continue drinking it, as if it were a nectar. Its bubble is lively, persistent and with a thin profile, surrounded by a particularly bright straw yellow and by aromas of aromatic herbs, flowers and fruit. All the characteristics of Moscato d'Asti Valter Bera derive from the excellent exposure of the grapes and from the subsoil rich in limestone, clay and tuff which manages to further enhance the aromas and colors of Moscato. Before being bottled, it remains for a few months to mature in a steel autoclave, where it partially ferments through a refrigeration process. It is advisable to always keep a couple of these bottles in the cellar to have available during cheerful evenings and carefree dinners!
