Description

Suavis Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Demi Sec Millesimato , produced by Bortolomiol , represents an exception of excellence not only in the hills north of Treviso, but throughout the national panorama. The demi sec dosage, decidedly not widespread in Italian enology, gives a particular character to this very soft but not cloying wine. The balance between sweetness and freshness is the result of wisdom and the research process constantly carried out by the company. The grapes are left to overripe on the rows, in such a way as to reach the optimal sugar concentration. The late harvest provides for a careful selection of the best bunches which, once they reach the cellar, are subjected to a short and soft pressing. The sparkling process takes place with the Charmat method, characteristic of the Prosecco area. Suavis Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Demi Sec Millesimato is excellent to be enjoyed already after bottling, to round off an evening with friends on a sweet note.
