It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Sudigiri Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT is an intense and aromatic white wine made by the Villa Job winery. This label is the result of the single-variety vinification of Sauvignon grapes, an international variety that stands out for its aromas. At the top of a work between the rows that follows the principles of organic cultivation, the best grapes are carefully selected for transport to the cellar. The vinification begins with spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts. This phase also involves maceration in contact with the skins and lasts about a couple of days. The refinement is divided into several steps: first the wine is placed in concrete tanks, where it remains for 6 months, to then rest for 3 months in oak barriques. After bottling, the wine ages in glass for another two months. Perfect right from the start, Sudigiri Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT is a white that can pleasantly surprise even after 2 or 3 years of careful storage.
