Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC Koefererhof 2020

Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC is a savory and fragrant white wine, produced by the Koefererhof winery. The label is obtained from the vinification of only Sylvaner grapes, a white grape variety originating in Germany. The vineyards are located near Novacella and are skilfully managed with a view to enhancing the unique terroir of the Dolomites. Thanks to the strong temperature variations that occur between day and night, the grapes reach the perfect sugar and aromatic concentration. Once ripe, the grapes undergo a rigorous manual selection process during the harvest. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and then placed to ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. In the same vats, the wine ages for a few months before being bottled. Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC is a white to be tasted when young to fully appreciate its freshness and varietal scents.
