The Syrah vine, of French origin, finds excellent results in the Aosta Valley and especially in the Chambave area, at the beginning of the region. The grapes grown on the slopes facing south become the perfect synthesis of the reference territory. The harvest takes place in the first fortnight of October and, after a long maceration in contact with the skins and an aging on the lees for at least 12 months, of which at least 50% in small wood (barrique), a wine with a unique character is obtained, powerful and elegant notes, fused in a fascinating balance of ripe red fruits and spices. Softness, typical of syrah, and olfactory and gustatory intensity. These are the salient features of this wine that make it so pleasant and intriguing.
