Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Dolomiti IGT T Rosso, contrary to the stricter South Tyrolean tradition, is not a wine vinified alone, but is the result of a successful blend. Proposed by the famous Tramin cooperative winery, one of the most important historic companies in Südtirol, this red takes shape from a blend made up of Schiava, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. All the bunches come from vines grown at an altitude between 250 meters and 550 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils rich in clay and gravel in the countryside of Termeno, Enna and Montagna. An assembly of notable interest that has also obtained the prestigious recognition of the Wein-Plus guide. After a careful harvest, the grapes that give life to the Dolomiti IGT T Rosso are first destemmed, then follow a fermentation process in steel. Subsequently the wine is aged on the noble lees for 3 months. Finally, it matures again in glass for another 2 months. The end result is a particularly elegant terroir red. A label with a soft and fresh sip, for a fruity wine of great persistence.
