Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
The Tagliamare Brut Charmat Method Sparkling Wine is a product to be discovered. Proposed by the historic Sardinian winery Argiolas, where the famous winemaker Mariano Murru works; the one in question is a modern label made with the grapes of one of the oldest vines on the island, the Nuragus. This sparkling wine is the fruit of vines grown on marly, calcareous and clayey soil. The typical Mediterranean climate with very hot summers and mild winters makes the cultivation soil the ideal habitat for the production of white berried grapes of this type. Made with the Charmat method, also known by the name of Martinotti, this label comes from a rigorously hand-picked harvest. The grapes, once harvested, are transferred to the cellar, once processed, they ferment on their lees for a month. This is followed by the second fermentation in an autoclave, where the Tagliamare Brut Charmat Method sparkling wine ages for a period of time between 40 and 50 days. The end result is a savory, extremely elegant, fine and very aromatic label, which emerges for its freshness.
