- It is the perfect goblet for rosé wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that is to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
The name is a typical expression of the Gallurese dialect which means "so it is". També is the white vinification of black Carignano grapes, and other native ones, from our vineyard in Palau. From these vines facing the sea overlooking Corsica, we have obtained a perfumed and very pleasant wine, which expresses an original concept of rosé.
Color: soft pink with coral reflections, reminiscent of rose petals
Smell: intense, fresh, with prevailing notes of rose, violet, lemon balm, citrus jelly and red currant
Taste: fragrant, with good roundness and pleasant minerality and final sapidity.
