Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

An extraordinary Barbera, designed to enhance the fruity and exuberant notes of this extraordinary grape variety. tasmorcan, in Piedmontese dialect, means badger. After pressing, the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in 25 hectolitre oak barrels and 30% in 225 liter French oak barrels. The Producer says: "Tasmorcan is my idea of Barbera: free, expressive and smiling, with no obligation to pay tribute to the clichés of this grape variety. For me, Tasmorcan is synonymous with pleasure, joie de vivre, praise to nature and the grapes, all dressed with attention to the aesthetic sense and balance."
