Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Forlì Sangiovese IGT "Tenentino", produced by Giovanna Madonia, represents a clear symbol of its territory and derives from a skilful reconciliation of tradition and innovation. It is an intense and elegant red, with delicate tannins and a velvety and balanced body. The company is an authentic point of reference in the winemaking tradition of Emilia-Romagna: the calcareous nature of the soil and the sunny hilly climate particularly favor the growth and development of the vine. For the Forlì Sangiovese IGT "Tenentino" both young and twenty-year-old vines are used, a combination that gives the wine in question a unique flavor. The red is made from black Sangiovese grapes, known since the 16th century and then spread throughout the Italian peninsula. The manual harvest is followed by a maturation process in steel and by the refinement of the finished product in the bottle. The Giovanna Madonia winery thus obtains a wine that can be tasted immediately, but capable of refining and improving even for many years.
