Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego IGT Foradori from the Elisabetta Foradori farm is a red wine obtained from vines grown in a unique place, the Adige Valley on the slopes of the Dolomites, where the Noce river gives complexity to an area nestled between the mountains. The result of the vine cultivation of these lands is a biodynamic wine with a pleasant freshness, great balance and good structure. After the harvest, the fermentation process takes place in open stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in wood for twenty months. The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego IGT Foradori can be enjoyed immediately, but has a good evolution even if left to rest in the cellar for a couple of years. This red wine has received both national and international awards and recognitions. Among the many we remember the four bunches of the Bibenda Guide of 2015, and, in the same year, the recognition of the prestigious international magazine Slowine, which highlighted the excellence of the product linked to the environment and the territory.
