The Gutturnio Frizzante DOC "Terrafiaba", from the La Tosa winery, is a red wine, lively, of great value, fine and intense, characterized by a velvety body and a long finish. The product was born in the territory of Vigolzone, a winemaking reality in Emilia known for its clayey soils which are completely favorable to viticulture. The company produces refined wines with traditional methods, the latter combined with a constant trend towards improvement and growth. Distinguished by a remarkable balance of flavors and aromas, Gutturnio Sparkling DOC "Terrafiaba" is among the reds that best represent the prestige and fame of the winery at a national level. This product is obtained from 65% Barbera and 35% Bonarda grapes, autochthonous vines of northern Italy and considered a real guarantee of quality. The vinification process ends with the second fermentation in an autoclave and aging on its lees for several weeks. A ruby red wine with a lively bouquet characterized by hints of red fruit, elegant finish and highly drinkable. Gutturnio Sparkling Terrafiaba is ideal in combination with appetizers based on cured meats and first courses typical of Emilian cuisine.
