Description
The Crifo winery enhances the native vines of its region including the excellent Bombino Bianco. Careful selection of the bunches, manual harvest, soft pressing, perfect clarification of the musts, low-temperature fermentation with the addition of selected yeasts. These are the precious and refined operations through which this wine with bright reflections comes to life with a delicate bouquet with fruity scents. Pleasantly fresh in the mouth with a marked minerality also acquired due to the proximity of the vineyards to the sea. Excellent quality / price ratio, everything to try!
