'Terroirs' Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Agrapart

Terroirs Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is an extra brut champagne produced by the Agrapart maison , a historic cellar located in the village of Avize and founded in 1894 by Arthur Agrapart. Today the company is managed by the last descendants of the family: the brothers Pascal and Fabrice, who continue with commitment and passion to produce high quality champagne.

The Agrapart et Fils maison currently owns nine and a half hectares of vineyards, all of the Chardonnay variety, most of which are of Grand Cru quality. The vineyards are cultivated according to strict rules and sustainable techniques, as the natural rhythms of the land and the surrounding environment are respected. Terroirs Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a balanced and mineral product, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown on chalky soils. The champagne is fermented in oak barrels and then refermented in the bottle as well; the refinement takes place for at least 48 months. In the glass we find a really fine perlage, complexity, intensity and structure: it is a sparkling wine suitable for special occasions.
