'Thesys' Bovale Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Pala 2019

Thesys Bovale Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a red wine from the Pala winery, a production reality that faithfully interprets the characteristics of the denomination. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Bovale grapes, an autochthonous dark berry variety. In the Uras area the vineyards overlook the sea and rest on the white sands. The 70-year-old vines are cultivated using the traditional sapling system, which offers shelter from strong winds and allows the plant to obtain the necessary nourishment. Once the ideal level of ripeness has been reached, the bunches are harvested manually. In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment and macerate on the skins for 10 days at a monitored temperature. The refinement phase follows, which provides for an initial rest of 3 months in wooden barrels, followed by another 3 months in the bottle. Thesys Bovale Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is excellent immediately, as well as after 3 or 4 years of careful storage.
