Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

Tintilia del Molise DOC is a red wine produced by the Di Majo Norante winery. This wine is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the autochthonous Tintilia vine, a regional variety which is very rare and little cultivated in Italy, but quite well known in Molise, where there is a denomination of the same name (DOC). The goal of the Molise-based company is clear: to recover this gem of the regional ampelographic heritage, giving it an importance capable of attracting national interest. Part of this structured and intense red wine is left to mature in oak barrels, while another part in steel tanks. The attention to expressing the varietal scents in all their purity is found in the fact that the refinement takes place exclusively in glass, and not in wood, and lasts for a period not exceeding 6 months. Tintilia del Molise DOC is a very particular wine, which demonstrates excellent evolution capabilities, if left to rest in the cellar for up to a maximum of five years.
