Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Tonì Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is an elegant and structured red wine, made by the Cataldi Madonna winery. It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Montepulciano vine. The vines are located near Cona at about 400 meters above sea level and are cultivated using the espalier system. Thanks to the excursions between day and night and the fertility of the soils, the grapes reach their full sugar concentration. Accurate manual harvesting follows the ripening of the bunches. In the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment spontaneously with the sole use of indigenous yeasts. This phase also includes the maceration of the grapes and lasts for almost a month. The wine ages for at least a year in fine wooden barrels, and then rests for a year and a half in the bottle. Perfect right away, Tonì Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC boasts a good potential for further evolution that reaches up to 4 or 5 years.
