Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

From the slopes of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines comes a complex and intense red wine, the Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore Riserva "Torre di Ceparano". Produced from the vineyards of the Zerbina farm (operating since 1966), it is obtained from 90% Sangiovese grapes, with a total of 10% syrah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and ancellotta. The grapes prefer less fertile, calcareous soils and a dry climate, with warm temperatures. During the harvest the best red berries are selected, reserving particular care for the refinement (12 months) of the wine itself which takes place in 225 liter French oak barriques and in 500 liter tonneaux. The vinification (lasting 15-21 days) takes place in medium-capacity steel tanks. With an important drinkability, the Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore Riserva "Torre di Ceparano" expresses the best of the terroir of origin. Well structured, with enveloping and silky tannins, the red wine is perfect to accompany and cheer up a dinner with friends, with important red meat dishes.
