'Tra Donne Sole' Sauvignon Piedmont DOC Vite Colte 2021

Tra Donne Sole Sauvignon Piemonte DOC is a fragrant white wine produced by Vite Colte , a cooperative reality dedicated to enhancing the potential of this territory. It is obtained by vinifying only Sauvignon grapes, an international variety that is not widespread in the denomination. The intent of the company is to make the most of the uniqueness of the soil substrate and the microclimate of the Monferrato vineyards, to obtain a wine with an interesting aromatic profile. The vineyards are located in two distinct areas: for this reason the harvest takes place in stages, in order to have a perfectly balanced harvest. Once in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and then subjected to fermentation. At the end of this phase, the wine decants at low temperatures, thus refining on the lees for about 3 months in steel until bottling. Tra Donne Sole Sauvignon Piemonte DOC is a perfect wine to be enjoyed immediately, as well as after 2-3 years of further rest and aging in the bottle.
