The San Salvatore farm, with 60 years of production behind it, has never let itself be carried away by intensive farming, but has always respected nature and tradition. The San Salvatore company is located right where the ancient Greeks began their colonization in the Cilento national park. The must, produced with natural techniques, is brought to maturation in steel barrels for about 8 months, after which it is bottled with the Paestum IGT denomination.
