Trentino Chardonnay DOC Letrari 2017 75 Cl

The Trentino Chardonnay DOC white wine from the Letrari winery is obtained using exclusively fine Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the heart of Vallagarina, an area of Trentino characterized by an ideal climate for the growth of the vines and by a particular composition of the subsoil, rich in mineral salts, which ensures the production of delicious grapes. Although the beginning of the activity dates back to 1976, the tradition of this winery is much older and is based on the production of wines and sparkling wines of particular value, mixing craftsmanship and innovation. The production phase of the Trentino Chardonnay DOC white wine is followed with particular attention, starting from the harvest carried out only when the bunches are fully ripe. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by maturation in oak barrels before proceeding with refinement in the bottle. The wine obtained is full-bodied and easy to drink, well structured, ideal for consumption on any occasion.
