The Brut Rosé Trento Doc Spumante is a label signed by the Letrari winery. The Letrari dynasty has its roots in the seventeenth century, when the ancestors of the family established themselves with their own commercial activity. With a name that has now become synonymous with excellent Trentino viticulture, this product is one of Letrari's spearheads, as it manages to tell the story of the territory in a traditional yet surprising way with every sip. It is a Classic Method obtained from the sparkling process of Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in rosé, with the addition of Chardonnay grapes. After the fermentation phase, the sparkling wine is left to rest for 24 months on its lees: at the end of this period, the Brut Rosé Trento Doc Spumante is ready to arrive on consumers' tables, where it will gladden convivial aperitifs and fish and White meat.
