- It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Vitovska is an autochthonous grape of the Carso, recently re-evaluated and re-proposed by valid producers of the area. The Vitovska "Trubnar" ages with a passage in tonneaux and barriques for 12-18 months, stabilization for one year in steel and another 12 months in the bottle. It is not filtered and the result is a large bouquet on the nose, with ripe yellow fruit, notes of dried fruit and almonds. The entry into the mouth is enveloping with minerality and structure, where the hard parts are balanced with the developed malolactic. Very particular and intriguing wine.
