'Vaiolet' Oltrepò Pavese DOC Bonarda Vivace Monsupello 2021

The sparkling red wine Bonarda vivacious Vaiolet from the Monsupello winery is obtained from 100% Croatian grapes. Since 1893 this winery has been passionately involved in processing grapes to obtain harmonious and balanced wines from native and non-native vines, combining traditional winemaking methods with modern technologies. The vineyards, cultivated with the Guyot method on clayey and hilly soils, ensure a yield of structured grapes of excellent quality. Similarly, particular attention is given to the production cycle. After the harvest, the bunches are lightly pressed and left to ferment in an autoclave. At the end of this phase, microfiltration and bottling take place which allows the wine to refine further. The result is a fresh and pleasant wine, easy to drink, with a balanced structure and a delicate fruity aftertaste and light floral scents. Suitable for spending convivial moments with friends.
