'Valdisanti' Toscana IGT Tolaini 2019

Valdisanti Toscana IGT is a wine that is born in the Tolaini cellar of Castelnuovo Berardenga. The company is one of the spearheads of the prestigious Chianti area thanks to bottles capable of best expressing all the authenticity of the area. The grapes come from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet and Sangiovese vines located on silty and clayey soils exposed to the South and favored by the typical mild climate of Tuscany. After the harvest, only the best bunches are selected for the fermentation which takes place in wooden vats and maceration on the skins for about 30 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place, however, in almost new barriques, followed by the refinement lasting 14 months, always in barriques. The final stage consists in bottling and placing on the market. Valdisanti Toscana IGT is an intense and structured wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar if correctly stored for over 7 years.
