Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Prosecco Superiore Tradizione Primo Franco from the renowned Venetian winery Nino Franco is a high quality label that well represents the wine-growing area of Treviso. A product that embodies the story of a successful winery. Made from the vinification of 100% Glera grapes, this sparkling wine is particularly appreciated as an aperitif, much appreciated both in Italy and abroad. The Prosecco Superiore Tradizione Primo Franco is the result of carefully selected grapes during the harvest which, once harvested, are taken to the cellar, where they are softly pressed, then the must is allowed to cool, after which the first fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature controlled and the second in an autoclave, obviously following the Charmat/Martinotti method. Finally the wine is aged in glass for at least 30 days. The result is a fine, intense and pleasantly aromatic label, a sparkling wine with a full, fresh and well-balanced sip, for a high-level product that has received various national and international awards, including that of the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine.
