Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Valpolicella Classico DOC from the Ca' La Bionda company is a light and carefree red, characterized by a notable territorial typicality. This wine is obtained from a particular blend, born from the union of four native vines, endowed with a strong personality: 70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella and Molinara. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Marano di Valpolicella, in the center of an area traditionally suited to viticulture. The rows are located on the hills, at a height varying between 150 and 300 meters above sea level; they are raised on the so-called ″marogne″ or dry stone walls which allow for optimal exposure of the vineyards. The soil is rich in clay and limestone, while the climate is mild and temperate. In the cellar, the vinification is aimed at enhancing and maintaining the typical varietal characteristics, two objectives obtained with the use of steel wine vessels, used both for maceration and for subsequent refinement. Valpolicella Classico DOC , perfect to drink young, has a fresh and flowing drink.
