A true classic, the Valpolicella Superiore from the Allegrini winery. This typical red wine from the Valpolicella Classica area is the product of vines grown at an altitude ranging from 180 meters to 280 meters above sea level, on hilly clayey-limestone soil. Valpolicella Superiore is the result of the vinification of Corvina grapes, Rondinella grapes and Molinara grapes. The one in question is a red that stands out for its marked balance and is the result of a harvest done by hand in the first days of October; after harvesting, the carefully selected grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing, then the must first undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, then, still in steel, the refinement process follows, after which in the month of February following the year of the harvest, the wine is bottled and left to mature in the bottle for another 2 months before being placed on the market. The result is a rich and elegant red, which is characterized by its penetrating fragrance.
