It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC is a wine produced in the Le Ragose cellar. The family-run company is located in Valpolicella and bases its philosophy on the union between innovation and experimentation, with the aim of creating bottles of high prestige. The grapes come from the Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella vines, grown on soils rich in limestone and clay exposed to the South-West. After the harvest, carried out by hand, we proceed with the fermentation which takes place in steel containers for 15 days, by indigenous yeasts, followed by the racking of the Valpolicella, obtained in steel tanks. In the month of January the Amarone pomace review operation takes place. Finally we proceed with the refinement in steel and Slavonian oak barrels. Valpolicella Ripasso DOC is an intense and well-structured wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but which can evolve in the cellar for a few years.
