The Valpolicella Superiore DOP Monte Lodoletta from the historic Veronese winery Dal Forno Romano is a decidedly remarkable red wine, which comes from a blend composed of Corvina and Corvina grossa (70%), Rondinella (20%), Croatina (5%) and from Oseleta (5%). An extraordinary wine that has received several awards, including the 5 bunches of the Bibenda Guide. Excellent drunk in the year of production, this Valpolicella is truly surprising when tasted after resting in the cellar, where it can remain for more than 10 years. Fruit of grapes from the vineyards located in the municipality of Lodoletta, in the province of Verona, this wine is the result of a vinification in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maturation of 36 months in new barriques and a subsequent and precious refinement in bottle lasting two years. Valpolicella Superiore DOP Monte Lodoletta is a wine with good structure and excellent intensity, an important red that stands out for its strong personality. A truly excellent label that well represents the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella.
