- It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Description
A truly rare and precious wine this Vouvray Moelleux "Vendanges Triees" 1990 by Domaine Sylvain Gaudron, a real gem. A limited production of about 3,000 bottles. The grape variety used is 100% Chenin Blanc from 45-year-old vines, therefore very little production, but of excellent quality. Bottling already in the spring of 1991 and then a very long refinement. The wine is very evolved, of course, with marmalade scents, scents of jasmine and linden that mix with sweet and intense spices in a very complex and intriguing picture that leaves an indelible memory in the mouth.
