'Veritas' Bombino Nero Rosato Castel del Monte DOCG Torrevento 2021

The 'Veritas' Castel del Monte Bombino Nero made by the Torrevento company is a unique rosé wine of its kind, perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to the whole meal. This wine is the first rosé in Italy to have been recognized as DOCG (Castel del Monte Bombino Nero) as evidence of the validity of the work carried out on this vine typical of the Apulian territory. To make 'Veritas', the Torrevento company, located near Castel del Monte, employs all the know-how acquired over time. 'Veritas' Castel del Monte Bombino Nero is obtained by vinifying exclusively grapes of the autochthonous vine bombino nero, which has always been used to produce the great rosés of the region. The production process includes a first phase of maceration on the skins, which takes place exclusively cold, and a subsequent passage in steel tanks to finalize the olfactory and gustatory scents. This rosé wine is ideal to be enjoyed young, to savor all the characteristics of freshness and aroma.
