Description

The Sauvignon Vette white wine from the Tenuta San Leonardo winery is obtained using exclusively Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The name of this wine can be traced back to the mountain peaks that surround the vineyards located in the municipality of Rovere della Luna in the province of Trento. The fertility of the soil and the fresh winds of Garda make it possible to obtain high quality grapes. For over 30 years this winery has been constantly committed to enhancing local products by skilfully balancing tradition and innovation. The production cycle is also studied in detail, which includes, after the harvest, a soft pressing and a cold maceration and fermentation. After this phase there is a long period of rest on the lees in stainless steel tanks, with frequent mixing before filtering and bottling. The wine obtained is fresh and fragrant, easy to drink, with an aromatic and fruity aftertaste. Given its peculiarities, it lends itself to being consumed throughout the meal, especially in moments of conviviality and light-heartedness with friends.
