Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Barbera Vho red wine from the Claudio Mariotto winery is obtained using exclusively the delicious Barbera grapes. The vineyards are located in the Vho area of Tortona, where the particular conformation of the soil together with the climatic conditions characterized by the wind from the hills and the proximity of the Apennines, ensure the production of excellent grapes. For almost 100 years this winery has been carrying out its activity in a wise way, enhancing the quality and characteristics of the territory and preserving the artisan traditions without however penalizing technological innovation. The Barbera Vho wine production cycle begins with the harvest, performed by hand, followed by a light pressing before the fermentation cycle. We then move on to refinement before proceeding with bottling. The result is a wine with a remarkable structure, fresh and elegant, of excellent expressiveness, with a light aftertaste of wild berries. It lends itself to being consumed in moments of conviviality and light-heartedness among friends.
