'Via del Campo' Irpinia Falanghina DOC Quintodecimo 2022

Falanghina Irpinia DOC Via del Campo is an intense and fragrant white wine, produced by the Quintodecimo winery, one of the most important realities in this area of Italy. Obtained from the vinification of grapes from one of the most representative native vines of the area, this white tells of the monovarietal study that the winery already initiates in the vineyard. In fact, the Quintodecimo vineyards are each reserved for a specific variety: Via del Campo is a "cru" that is obtained from grapes harvested in a single vineyard, where only Falanghina is grown. Once the harvest and vinification phases have been completed, a small part of the wine ages in new barriques. Falanghina Irpinia DOC Via del Campo is ideal for kicking off an informal celebration, then continuing with agility throughout the meal. It is in fact a versatile white, in which the varietal notes are accompanied by an important structure and an equally intense character. Ideal to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled, it can in any case evolve for a couple of years in the cellar if well kept.
