Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Vie di Romans Chardonnay is the fruit of vines grown in an area with the Friuli Isonzo DOC denomination. An exceptional white that emerges for its incisive personality, for a label that presents a high level of quality, it is no coincidence that it has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the Veronelli Guide which defined it as an excellent wine. A particular white, marketed 2 years after the harvest, this wine is the perfect synthesis between terroir and grape variety. Made from the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is a label that has a very high evolutionary capacity and reaches its peak in 10 years. This Vie di Romans Chardonnay takes shape from a grape harvest carried out in the second half of September. The harvest is first followed by destemming, then maceration and fermentation, after which the wine is aged for 9 months in wood on selected yeasts, after which it is bottled. Before being marketed, it is still aged for 8 months in glass. The result is a rich white with a full sip, a wine with a good structure, for a soft, complex and elegant label.
