Description
The Vieux Pineau Des Charentes Rosè Cognac is a fortified wine made by the Jean Fillioux winery. Within the Pineau des Charentes AOC appellation, an oenological rarity is produced for true connoisseurs. It is therefore a must, which in this case is obtained from the vinification of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, to which alcohol is added in order to block the fermentation of the grapes. Once this step has been carried out, it is left to rest for 7 years in barrels previously used to refine the Cognac. The result perfectly combines all the typical sweetness of grape must with the strength and structure of French brandy. The Vieux Pineau Des Charentes Rosè Cognac is a wine to be uncorked when you want to "spoil yourself", or to amaze your guests with a sip of novelty. Thanks to its characteristics of elegance and softness, it is able to collect unanimous acclaim among enthusiasts.
