Description
Vigna Senza Nome Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a fresh and aromatic dessert wine that expresses all the peculiarities of the Piedmont area. It is made by the Braida winery with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, coming from the vineyards of the Mango d'Alba area. The land, located about 500 meters above sea level, is mainly composed of limestone and sand, vital elements for the vineyard. The harvest is carried out completely by hand, the grapes then undergo a delicate pressing and the must is left in contact with the skins. After the white vinification, the wine is transferred to an autoclave for the second fermentation according to the Charmat method. Following the refermentation, the refinement in the bottle ends, to develop all its richest aromatic hints. At the end of its production process, Vigna Senza Nome Moscato d'Asti DOCG is pleasant, soft and ready to drink, and is, in fact, the ideal sweet wine to end an excellent meal.
