'Vigne Sparse' Roero Arneis DOCG Almondo Giovanni 2020

"Vigne Sparse Roero Arneis Docg" is an elegant white wine, produced by the Almondo Giovanni winery , a family-run business in the heart of the Arneis vineyards. The Almondo family had already lived in Vittori di Montà since the 14th century, but the real wine production arrived in 1980, when Domenico Almondo graduated in agricultural sciences and took over the family business with ambition and personality. Today the Almondo Giovanni winery is still managed by members of the family of the same name, who personally follow each operation; thus guaranteeing quality, experience and a targeted choice in every process: from the harvest to the bottling. The company has eighteen hectares in the best areas of Roero; the soil is mostly sandy, while a small part is calcareous and rich in nutrients. This wine is made with 100% Arneis grapes, cultivated with the best east-south-west exposure; its refinement takes place in steel for at least six months. The "Roero Arneis Docg Vigne Sparse" is thus a fresh product with a purely floral character, truly very versatile, throughout the meal.
