Description
The Vigneto Cialdini Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC is a sparkling wine obtained from the vineyard of the same name located in the Castelvetro area. This brilliant label is offered by the Cleto Chiarli winery, an important production company, which has been involved in the production of traditional wines from Emilia Romagna since 1860. A product that has received various awards both nationally and internationally, including that of the prestigious Slowine Guide. Result of the pure vinification of Lambrusco di Grasparossa grapes, fruit of vines grown on silty soil rich in gravel, born from a meticulous harvest done by hand; then it takes shape from a scrupulous work in the cellar, where the grapes are pressed in the traditional way with maceration, after which the must is drawn off and refrigerated. This is followed by a slow second fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is fermented in an autoclave following the Martinotti method. The final product is a sparkling wine, a dry, elegant and lively label. Pairings with meat-based first courses are perfect, reflecting the tradition of the area.
