'Vigneto Giardino' Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Superiore Dry Banks of Colbertaldo Adami 2021

"Vigneto Giardino" which gives its name to the noble Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry Vigneto Giardino-Rive by Colbertaldo Adami indicates a vintage Prosecco from the renowned wine-growing area of Valdobbiadene in Veneto. In particular, its vineyards are cultivated on the hills of Cartizze in the hamlet of Cobertaldo in Vidor where the famous proseccos of the Adami winery are born. This sparkling wine with an intense personality and a soft and elegant taste is made from 100% glera grapes, a white grape variety with hazelnut-colored vines and large, long bunches. Glera was already cultivated in Roman times on the karst slope that runs along the sea. Colbertaldo Adami's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry Vigneto Giardino-Rive is subjected to a soft pressing with static settling of the must. The refermentation in autoclave takes place according to the Charmat or Martinotti method, while the refinement requires 3 months of time in steel tanks on the noble lees.
