Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Vigorello Rosso Toscana IGT is an intense and structured red wine, produced by the San Felice winery. This label is the result of a blend that includes Pugnitello, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, present in balanced percentages, to which is added 5% Petit Verdot. The vineyards are located near Castelnuovo Berardenga, where the soils are characterized by the presence of skeleton, clay and numerous minerals. The vines are cultivated using Guyot and spurred cordon systems. The manual harvest takes place in stages based on the degree of maturation reached by each individual vine. In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment with maceration on the skins for about three weeks. The refinement involves the use of French oak barriques and lasts a year and a half, to then continue another 8 months in glass after bottling. Vigorello Rosso Toscana IGT can be enjoyed immediately, as well as after a further evolution of 6-7 years.
