Vermentino di Sardegna 'Villa Solais' from the Santadi winery is a still white wine obtained from a blend of two grape varieties. On the one hand Vermentino, which is present for 85%, on the other hand Nuragus, an ancient and native Sardinian vine, which makes up the remaining 15%. After the harvest which takes place between mid-September and early October, the grapes are harvested and then softly pressed, to then move on to the phase of maceration and aging in steel. Vermentino di Sardegna 'Villa Solais' best represents the great work that is carried out by the Santadi company in the Sulcis area.
