Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Vive Malbec is a red table wine produced by the Argentinean Bodega Alta Vista . It is distinguished by the pure use of a dark grape variety, of French origin, particularly widespread in the South American state, namely Malbec. The main estates are located in the province of Mendoza, the Argentine capital of wine production, and more precisely in Chacras de Coria. The temperate climate, combined with the good mineral composition of the soil, means that the bunches of grapes reach optimal ripeness and can be harvested in early March. The sorting, strictly manual, involves the selection of only the best bunches of Malbec. Once taken to the cellars and destemmed, the fermentation of the must can begin, on local yeasts and at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts for at least 6 months and takes place in small French oak barrels, some of which are second-use. Vive Malbec lends itself well to immediate consumption, however its conservation in the cellar can easily last at least a couple of years.
